The hotel exudes a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. the pool area was a perfect oasis on warmer days and offered a great view of the Tower of the Americas. We were impressed by the exquisitely appointed rooms that provided unparalleled views of downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk. the signature Westin Heavenly Bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the oversized balconies offered lovely spots to unwind and take in the river at night. Zocca Cuisine d'Italia, the authentic Italian restaurant located on the Riverwalk, served up sophisticated meals that were a true culinary delight. We also enjoyed the cozy Cafecito for its delectable selection of pastries and Starbucks coffee. Although the lobby was a bit small, the overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting and luxurious. the hotel's location overlooking the River Walk made it convenient for us to explore the various dining and entertainment options along the riverbanks.
